In support of the Envision Riverside 2025 Strategic Plan’s sustainability and resiliency goal of a carbon neutral community by 2040, alongside the State’s carbon reduction goals, the City is exploring an all-electric building code change to eliminate fossil fuel sources in new construction that would be effective January 1, 2023 — and we want your input!
