CITY FACILITY UPDATES – FEBRUARY 2022
Due to the high incidence of illness and staffing shortages, some City of Riverside facility operating hours and programming schedules have recently been adjusted. We remain committed in continuing services to meet the needs of our residents. This list is current as of Monday, February 28, 2022 and will be updated accordingly as the state of our organization evolves.

- Code Enforcement
- One Stop Shop
- Pick-up / drop-off services are available
- Public Permit Portal is available 24/7
- All Library Branches
- Libraries will remain open to the public
- Virtual Library is available 24/7
- Public Works
- Online Animal Licensing Services are available
- Online Parking Services are available
- In-person programming will continue to be offered with limited capacity
- Limited Hours:
- Main Office: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Bordwell Park: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Bourns Family Youth Innovation Center: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Casa Blanca Customer Resource Center will remain available
